All of the music that we will be playing can be found online at https://lhab.org/login/music.cfm. One of the pieces we will be playing for halftime will be EL Cid, so if you are not familiar with it please take a look and download from the website.
In order to speed the music check out process, volunteers are needed to help staff the check-out tables and get the music back at check-in time. Please make a note on your registration if you are willing to help.
There are TWO Music Check out times:
Friday Night
5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.: Music Check-Out at Scholz Garten
Playing rehearsal starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Garten (outside)- (please bring your flip folders and lyres or a wire stand if you have one)
Saturday
Music Check-Out will be at the Rehearsal Site (The Bubble) near the Registration/Check-In table and will end promptly 15 minutes prior to marching rehearsal. After that music folders will not be available.
Music Check-Out Directions
1. Choose your appropriate music folder.
2. Play your chops off.
3. After the game, turn in your music folder in the choir room. IF YOU MUST LEAVE BEFORE THE GAME ENDS…please give your music folder to a friend. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR MUSIC IN THE STANDS AT THE STADIUM!
