Online is the instrumentation verification list based on what you’ve indicated during registration or the rental form. Our assumption is if the rental form wasn’t completed, you will be bringing your individual instrument in your individual sturdy case to ship or carry on.
Yes, you may drop off your instrument which is larger than a trumpet on Band Day, Oct. 18th for shipping. It must have a personal luggage tag with your name, address, approximate value & weight for insurance purposes.
If there is a discrepancy:
- Click here to rent an instrument from LHAB instead of bringing yours by Aug. 28th @ noon.
- Email us if we have your name listed by the wrong instrument by Aug. 28th @ noon.
- Email us if your name is not on the list by Aug. 28th @ noon.
Otherwise, you are RESPONSIBLE for bringing your individual instrument in your individual sturdy case to ship or carry on.
