Saturday Schedule
A brief overview of the Saturday schedule is below. You can find a more detailed and mobile-friendly version of the schedule here. Your name badge will also have a QR code which takes you to this page.
Due to the early start time on Saturday, we strongly encourage all members to check in Friday evening, even if you aren’t able to stay for the Friday Night Tailgate. This will help make Saturday morning smoother for everyone!

Saturday Parking & Shuttles
Parking is available for purchase at LAZ Lot 26, located at 701 W 51st St, across from the Barry M. Whitaker Sports Complex (Intramural Fields) on Guadalupe and 51st St. LHAB members who earned parking privileges by renewing their membership at Grandioso or Big Bertha levels will receive separate instructions.
The LAZ permit/confirmation may say the lot opens at 6am, but your permit will be still be valid for our earlier morning start time and shuttle runs.
Shuttle buses will run from 4:45am – 5:45am from Lot 26 to The Bubble. The last pickup will be at 5:45am, so don’t miss it! Post-game, the buses will run for approximately 2 hours after the game ends, from the corner of Robert Dedman & Dean Keaton to Lot 26. The last pickup will be 8:45pm. All shuttles will be marked with “LHAB” signs.
Halftime Show Beginning Set & Animation
Use the button below to view the opening set of our halftime show, with instrument/equipment positions labeled. Please familiarize yourself with your section’s starting yard line(s). This will help make the beginning of rehearsal less chaotic for everyone! Once you are in your starting position with the help of your SLs, you will receive the rest of the show instructions from the tower.
There is also an animation available to see what our halftime show will look like.
Post-Rehearsal Snack
Light breakfast-type snacks (think granola bars, etc.) will be available after Saturday morning rehearsal as you exit The Bubble.
Please review the Band Day Info page for details regarding our alcohol policy and food and drink during our rehearsal and the game.
Vest & Game Ticket Pick-up
Vests can be picked up from the Choir Room between 11am and 1pm. You must be in dressed in uniform to pick up your vest.
Upon exiting the Choir Room, you will be handed a game ticket. While you most likely will not be sitting in the seat printed on your ticket since we’ll be sitting in our instrument sections for the first half, every LHAB member entering the stadium must have a physical game ticket to enter the stadium. Any guest tickets purchased during registration will be including in your registration packet you receive upon checking in for Band Day.
