Friday Schedule

| 4:40pm | DiNino Statue Unveiling |
| 5:00pm to 7:00pm | Check out instruments near the sidewalk on the north side of Music Building East (MBE). This is just up from the Bertha doors. You may leave the instrument case in the orchestra room during the tailgate. |
| 5:00pm to 7:00pm | Pick up registration materials at the tables at the entrance to the Band Hall, including the membership perk T-shirt if you elect to pick it up on Band Day. |
| 5:00pm to 7:00pm | Late Registration is in the Choir Room. |
| 6:30pm to 8:30pm | Friday Night Tailgate |
| 8:30pm to 9:30pm | Last chance to pick up registration materials and/or insturments on Friday! |
Saturday Schedule
Important! Each member of LHAB will be required to have a ticket on their person for entry into the stadium for the game. Please collect your ticket when collecting your vest in the Choir Room.
There will be no late registration on Saturday. On Saturday, you will only be able to check in to collect your registration materials, membership benefits, or other merchandise at the Bubble before rehearsal.
| 5:45am to 6:45am | Shuttle buses running from Lot 26. *6:45am is the last departure! |
| 6:00am to 6:45am | Badge, meal ticket, and instrument pick-up (for those who didn’t collect on Friday). No late registration. Near the entrance of the Bubble on Red River, Big Flags & Silks at the U-Haul Truck on Red River near the Bubble. |
| 7:00am | LHAB Rehearsal in the Bubble |
| 8:00am | Combined LHAB/LHB rehearsal |
| 8:20am | End of combined rehearsal – LHAB exit the Bubble |
| 10:00am to 12:00pm | Pok-e-Jo’s BBQ Meal served |
| 11:00am to 1:00pm | Pick up the vests and game ticket in the Choir Room. Your ticket is your admission to the stadium. |
| 1:30pm | Drums on the Green |
| 1:45pm | Lineup on Robert Dedman Dr. |
| 1:50pm | LHAB step off for March Down |
| 3:15pm | Kickoff BTHOOUTEP |
| 6:30pm to 8:45pm | Pick up the shuttle bus at the corner of Dean Keeton and Robert Dedman. *Last departure at *8:45pm. |
