| We are 19 days away from Band Day! As of this morning, we have 410 members registered – you won’t want to miss being a part of the halftime show when over 800 LHB and LHAB members take the field together to celebrate LHB’s 125th season!!

| September 9th, 11:59 pm CDT – All votes must be cast for 2024-2025 LHAB Leadership, Honorary Members, and the 2023 Annual Business Meeting Minutes |

September 10th, 11:59pm CDT – Registration for Band Day must be submitted in order to secure:
- A marching spot for the halftime show celebrating LHB’s 125th season
- Guest game tickets ($35/each)
- Torchy’s Tacos game day meal ($16/each)
- Parking perks (if eligible, based on your LHAB membership level)

| Late registration will be available from Sept. 11th through the beginning of the Friday Night Tailgate on Sept. 20th, however in order for us to coordinate our halftime show with LHB, late registrants will not receive a marching spot for halftime. |
|
|
|
Band Day Uniform Requirements
|
|
Please remember that the official uniform for LHAB includes the following:
- Solid black socks and solid black shoes (tennis shoes are fine as long as they are entirely black, not black with white soles, non-black laces or markings).
- Solid black pants (slacks preferred).
- White collared shirt (either long-sleeved or short-sleeved, depending on the weather and your comfort).
We will provide all LHAB members a burnt orange vest with the official LHAB logo. You must be in full uniform (entirely black shoes/entirely black socks/black pants and white collared shirt) to check out a vest and to receive a ticket (required for entrance to the stadium).
Please return the burnt orange vest to the Choir Room after the game. In the event you leave early, please have a friend return your vest.

Equipment/Transport, Friday Night Tailgate, and Meal Volunteers Needed
|
|
 |
| Band Day Weekend would not be possible without our wonderful volunteers, and that includes you, your family, and your friends! We expect over 600 members this year, and we are asking you to get involved in any way possible.
We still need help in the following areas:
- Equipment & Transport – Moving equipment to and from our storage facility, instrument/percussion/flags check-in and checkout
- Friday Night Tailgate – Setup, food & beverage, tear-down
- Miscellaneous – Meal helpers, stadium helpers
You will receive email confirmation and follow-up information as it becomes available. We are ALL volunteers working to bring you an excellent Band Day experience. Your help is essential and appreciated!!! |
