1 Day until the Friday Night Tailgate!

2 Days until Band Day 2024!

1. Friday evening check-in is strongly encouraged, even if you can’t make the Friday Night Tailgate, to save time Saturday morning. Check-in will be open 5:30 – 7:30pm in the hallway outside the Band Hall. Instrument check-out will be at the sidewalk on the north side of MBE, just up from the Bertha Doors.

   Registration packets will include any applicable Friday Night Tailgate drink tickets, guest game tickets, and Torchy’s meal wristbands. LHAB member game tickets will be picked up when you check out your vest on Saturday afternoon.

   Late Registration will run 5:30 – 7:30pm in the Choir Room.

2. Uniform: white collared shirt, black pants, black socks, and black shoes.
3. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It’s going to be a hot day and a warm evening in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium, so remember to drink lots of water in the lead up to and throughout Saturday. Water will not be provided during the Saturday morning rehearsal, so please bring your own if you wish to have it.
4. Stadium policies: Please click here to review Texas Athletics’ Football Fan Guide with information on the clear bag policy, bringing outside water into the stadium, etc.
5. Parking: Instructions for accessing discounted parking at State Garage J are available here. You can begin purchasing parking at this location beginning tomorrow, Sept. 20th. If Saturday parking is included in your membership perks (Wabash, Grandioso, and Big Bertha levels), please refer to the instructions in your email from LHAB Treasurer David Wheeler.
6. Shuttle service: Shuttle buses will run from 8:30 – 10:15am from the Speedway Garage and State Garage J to the Bubble (Remember: Rehearsal starts at 10am!). After the game, the buses will run from the corner of Dean Keeton & Robert Dedman to both garages until 11:15pm. There will be signage at each bus stop and the buses will have “LHAB Shuttle” signs in the window and the name of the destination garage for identification.
